Online Personal Training

Let me guess, you want to get healthier but aren’t sure where to start? Maybe you have tried different programs in the past but never seemed to finish them. Or maybe you don’t even have access to a gym and that leaves you totally lost at how you can possibly get fit without equipment/ Well, I have a solution for you. One that is going to fix your confusion on what to do, where to do it, and staying on track. It’s online personal training.

Online personal training is just what it sounds like, having access to a certified personal training (one with a college degree) and working out on your own time! Personal trainers are a great investment because they do all the hard work for you..the programing, the progressing, and the accountability. They know what you need to do to reach your goals, and will do everything in their power to get you there, if they are a good one.

While personal trainers are a great investment in yourself, in person trainers can be expensive. The average cost, per session, with a personal trainer is about $80/session for someone with a college degree in the field, a certification and experience. That can be a little on the pricey side for most people, which is why I started offering services online. This allows you to workout on your own time, but still follow a specific program that is tailored to you and your goals. I actually prefer this method of a few reasons:

  1. It allows you to workout at a time that fits your needs, rather than working around someone else’s schedule.
  2. It gives you a distinct plan you can SEE and helps you progress forward rather than “winging” it.
  3. Holds you accountable to more than just “showing up”

Online personal training really gives you the intimate one-on-one advice so many seek, without the price tag. But if following a written program isn’t for you and you have a home gym, then VIRTUAL training can be a great option!

Virtual training is just using a video call to do a training session. I will walk you through and show you the movements, and then cue you while you do them to make sure you have proper form. This is a great option for anyone starting out that is worried about form, or has a past injury they need to make sure is well taken care of. I do several virtual personal training sessions per week, and clients have said it helps push them a little harder than they would push themselves.

So if you are looking for a personal training to help you reach your health and fitness goals, and want to do it on your own time, online personal training is a great option!
